I am missing an item from my order? What is a partial delivery?
Have you ordered multiple items? Then it is possible that you will receive the order in different packages as a partial delivery. In the emails you receive during the shipping process you can read exactly which items this concerns. The items that are immediately available will be sent to you, so you don't have to wait until your order is complete! You will receive the items that take a little longer separately. All items are listed on your order form, with a check mark next to the delivered items. You will receive a new Tracking number per delivery. 

Track and Trace link not working?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. This way you can see exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. Does the link not work? Then go to https://jouw.postnl.nl/track-and-trace/ and enter the code there.

My package has not been delivered, what now?
We strive to deliver all ordered items. If, in extreme cases, an item is not available, you will be informed by e-mail.

How are discounts calculated for exchanges or returns?
We will always reimburse you for the amount for the item that you paid at the time of purchase. We do, however, include any discounts you may have received during your purchase. The discount is divided proportionally over your order per item. In the event of a return, these discounts will not be recalculated.

Defective garment / Complaint about an item, what now?
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Or if you have a complaint about a recently purchased item, we kindly request that you report this as soon as possible via our contact form. You find this one here.
