Thank you for your purchase at Happy2go! We ship orders from Monday to Friday, usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Our packages are normally sent via letterbox parcels, so you do not have to stay at home for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Would you like to return your order? You can always return your order and get a refund of your purchase price. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product, after which it is unfortunately no longer possible to accept returns. The product must be in its original condition, including hang tag, unworn and undamaged, and in the original packaging. You can return the product to the address below in the Netherlands. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. After receiving the product, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Step 1: send an email to hello@happy2go.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
Step 2: Place the product in the (original) shipping box.

Does the Happyshirt not fit properly? No problem, you can always exchange it for the right size! You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. The exchange is only possible if the shirt is returned in its original condition (including hang tag), undamaged. After receipt, the correct size will be sent to you within 3 working days.
